You might find that the marshmallows disappear while baking. To counteract that, gently press a few mini marshmallows halves and chocolate chips on top of the cookies JUST as they come out of the oven!

Although some recipes call for chilling the dough, I’ve found I get the best results by getting straight to scooping.
Chill the cookie dough balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour then add to a labeled zipped-top bag. Freeze cookie dough for up to 3 months.
