- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar I use light
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips or crumbled graham crackers optional
- 5 cups dippers
With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. If the cream cheese is lumpy, it wasn't softened all the way through. You can try to pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and re-stir or wait several minutes for the lumps to come to room temperature and mix until smooth.
Add in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, cool whip and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
With a spoon, stir in mix-ins as desired and sprinkle with any topping such as crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips. Keep dip refrigerated until ready to serve.
