No-Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

"No churn homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is incredible! A rich and creamy cheesecake ice cream recipe filled with sweet strawberries and graham crackers."


I use frozen strawberries, thawed just enough to chop up into large pieces.

TIP: Ice cream is designed to be cold and it is definitely best if your mixing bowl is put into the freezer for 30 minutes before.


Freeze the mixing bowl for 30 min, soften the cream cheese, and thaw the strawberries just enough to chop.


Crush the graham crackers. You can use a food processor or a meat mallet or the back of a large spoon works excellent.

Whip the cream cheese at high speed in a stand mixer. Add the condensed milk, whipping cream, and vanilla, one at a time and mix.

Make Cream


Gently fold in the strawberries and graham crackers. Pour into a container for freezing.
