I use frozen strawberries, thawed just enough to chop up into large pieces.
Freeze the mixing bowl for 30 min, soften the cream cheese, and thaw the strawberries just enough to chop.
Crush the graham crackers. You can use a food processor or a meat mallet or the back of a large spoon works excellent.
Whip the cream cheese at high speed in a stand mixer. Add the condensed milk, whipping cream, and vanilla, one at a time and mix.
Gently fold in the strawberries and graham crackers. Pour into a container for freezing.
