Equipment

Ingredients

Martini Cocktail

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz White Chocolate Liqueur Brands include Godiva, Mozart, or Merry's
  • 1 oz White Creme De Cacao a clear, milk chocolate flavor Liqueur
  • 1 oz Half and Half

Garnishes

Instructions

  • Pour sprinkles on a rimmed dish or small plate. Try to pile them around where the glass will be dipped. Thread raspberries on a toothpick for garnishes.
  • Melt the white chocolate and pour over a small plate. Wait several minutes for the chocolate to cool just enough to set up. Invert the martini glass and press the rim straight down into the chocolate mixture. Pull the glass up and allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Dip the rim of the upside down martini glass into the sprinkles gently so they grab around the edge. For more sprinkles, at an angle, press the sides into the sprinkles, picking up and rotating the glass to move around the edge. You can fill in any bare spots as you notice them. Set glass aside and allow to harden before pouring the drink into the glasses.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add ice. Pour white chocolate liqueur, white crème de cacao, vodka, and half & half. Cover and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into the martini glasses. Serve immediately with raspberries on the rim for garnish.

Notes

  • Place the martini glass in the freezer for an hour so it keeps your martini chilled. This makes the chocolate much harden faster so keep that in mind.
  • Rimming can be done ahead of time to make for a party or girl's night.
  • You can substitute heavy cream or whole milk for the half and half.
  • If you want even more vanilla flavor, add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract or use a Vanilla Vodka
  • The nutrition facts are an estimate since liquor labels do not have nutritional information on them.
  • If the first rimmed glass doesn’t look good, you can rinse it under warm water to remove the rim and redo. Make sure to rinse the glass under cold water again – so the glass isn’t warm – and dry completely.
