Simple Fresh Avocado Salsa

A simple salsa to dive into all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 can black beans (14 oz) rinsed
  • pinch Salt
  • optional : jalapenos, lime juice, pineapple bits as desired

Instructions

  • Dice avocado, tomatoes, onion. Finely chop cilantro sprigs. Add all ingredients together and stir. Sprinkle with lime juice if preferred.

Can be eaten immediately or allow to rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. Depending on the ripeness of the avocado, it may spread through the salad or remain as chunks.
