Energy Granola Bars with Reese’s Spreads

  • 2 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds or Peanuts
  • 1/2 Cup Thin Pretzels
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1/2 Cup Reese's or hershey's Spreads
  • 1/3 Cup Honey


  • In a food processor, add raisins, nuts, and pretzels. Chop to a coarse, diced texture. Add oats and flax seed and pulse a few times until blended. Move to a large bowl. Add the reese's spreads and honey. Mix with a spoon until the mixture is well incorporated and even. Place wax paper in an 8x8 pan and spoon mixture into it. Using the back of a spoon and your fingers, press the mixture evenly to the edges. Press down firmly on the bars and edges to release any air. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Slice bars as desired.
