Bite-Sized Caramel Apples Snack

With only a few minutes time and a few pantry staples, you can make these delicious little Caramel Apple Bites. Packed with flavor and individually sized, it's a great afternoon snack or a party winner!

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 jar Caramel Sauce
  • 15 Ritz Crackers
  • Streusel Nut Topping-
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of quick oats
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add walnuts, oats, and brown sugar. Chop and blend until desired consistency.
  • Layout Ritz crackers on a sheet of wax paper or silpat. Spread some caramel sauce over the cracker. This will keep the apples from sliding off.
  • Place the diced apple on top. Sprinkle with the nut topping and then drizzle with a bit more caramel sauce.
