Bite-Sized Caramel Apples Snack
With only a few minutes time and a few pantry staples, you can make these delicious little Caramel Apple Bites. Packed with flavor and individually sized, it's a great afternoon snack or a party winner!
Servings 15 crackers
- 1 Apple peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 jar Caramel Sauce
- 15 Ritz Crackers
- Streusel Nut Topping-
- 1/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of quick oats
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
In a food processor, add walnuts, oats, and brown sugar. Chop and blend until desired consistency.
Layout Ritz crackers on a sheet of wax paper or silpat. Spread some caramel sauce over the cracker. This will keep the apples from sliding off.
Place the diced apple on top. Sprinkle with the nut topping and then drizzle with a bit more caramel sauce.
