Oregano, Parsley, Garlic Powder
Boil the pasta shells and cook the Italian sausage. The noodles should be *just* pliable. The sausage should be cooked through and crumbly.
Make the filling. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 8oz of mozzarella, ½ cup of parmesan, eggs, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir in the spinach.
Layer the dish. Pour some marinara on the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking then stuff the shells and layer the rest of the marinara, sausage and cheeses on top.
