– 8 oz Jumbo Shells – 1 lb Ground Beef – ½ cup Diced Onion – 3 tablespoon Taco Seasoning – 14.5 oz Crushed Tomatoes – 2 cup Colby Jack Shredded Cheese – 1 cup Salsa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and cook pasta for about 7 minutes or until just cooked through and soft. Drain.

Brown the beef and cook the onion over medium heat. Add the crushed tomatoes and taco seasoning and stir continuously.

Pour salsa into 9x13in pan. Place shells in pan and divide meat mixture between the shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15-20 min.
