A healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried raviolis, this Toasted Ravioli recipe is a delicious appetizer or quick finger food that can be prepped ahead of time to bake a few or a lot!

Ingredients

To get a really crispy outside for baking, you will need cooking spray, any flavor that you prefer. 

The coating is a mixture of breadcrumbs, egg wash, cheese, and spices.

Prep work. Heat oven to 425F (218C). Place wire rack on top of rimmed baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Cook raviolis in boiling water as directed and set aside to evaporate.

Dip the Raviolis. Whisk milk and eggs together in a bowl. In a second bowl, In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.

Place ravioli on greased wire rack. Give at least 1-inch space between each ravioli for even browning. Spray tops of ravioli with cooking spray.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce and sprinkled parmesan cheese, if desired.
