Crunchy Asian Slaw

Let's Make...

"A blend of coleslaw, edamame, and crispy rice noodles topped off with a tangy Ginger Peanut Dressing that sings with flavor. Simple and so satisfying!"

Time Save: Use pre-made broccoli slaw. Julienned broccoli spears are mixed with colorful carrots and cabbage. The texture is best but regular coleslaw can be used.

What Should I Serve it With?

In a small bowl, add honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, and garlic. Whisk together briskly until a uniform golden brown color.

Combine the Dressing

In a second large bowl, add slaw and edamame.

Combine Salad Ingredients

Toss dressing into coleslaw or serve on the side to allow guests to toss. Top with rice noodles for garnish.

Toss Together

You sure can! Do store the rice noodles and dressing separately so that everything stays fresh.
