These eggs are BIG. As in dinosaur big…definitely not cute little robins eggs like you might find in nature. I definitely found myself second-guessing my sanity a time or two as I was working on this project. However, my grapevine wreath (found at Target* on clearance last year) is big. And I wanted the whole shebang to be seen from the street. Cute little robins eggs would get lost in this wreath. What’s the point of hanging something that no one can see and enjoy, right?
I don’t think anyone will miss these Handpainted Robins Eggs from the road…this wreath is sure to get noticed!Actually, forget the front door! I found I loved how it looked so much I wanted it inside my house….so I hung the wreath on the mirror that rests on my piano. Stayed tuned because I’ll be sharing my nifty trick to hang wreaths this way soon! It’s so easy, you won’t believe it!
