Today, I am sharing a super simple Valentine’s Mantle Decoration. This literally takes 15 minutes to make, plus drying time of course. I am not usually one to decorate for Valentine’s Day, but this was so cute!

It’s February and love is in the air! Or maybe that’s just snow coming. Honestly, I have never understood why Valentine’s day was celebrated during the cold months. It has been so nice enjoying the fireplace this winter. I have such fond memories of my parent’s old wood burning fireplace. However, my mantle is pretty pathetic right now. Ah, projects and more projects always going on around here. Maybe I will get to the mantle one day.
Craft Supplies
- LVE letters
- Wooden Heart (I covered this one with pink paper)
- Pre-made Paper Flowers (This Die Makes them Easy to Make)
- Paint for Letters
- Paintbrush
- Hot Glue Gun
Since the flowers were already made (yay for easy!) I arranged them on the board how I liked alternating pattern, size, and color. I hot glued them to the board and smooshed them into place to create a bouquet. Then I painted the letters with 2 coats of white paint to make them stand out from the flowers and my mantle wall.
